[Vnbiz] Staying to be a leader - how to change?

Dear sister Dang Thu Huong,

To some extend, I do not totally agree with you by quoting: "My friends tell me that the elders have trend not to open their minds and hearts for that they don't like the others to read their mind/feelings. But with me, only who dare sharing their mind & heart sincerely is admirable". with the reasons as follows:

1. You can recognise that in our life including social, culture, history, spirit life, etc. something is changing so fast, but on the contrary, something is never changed. 

2. You have your heart, your ears and your eyes and your mind to listen, to see, to hear, to feel, to filter and to judge what are / going and or happening around you, and of course, basing on that you should have your own ideas /judgements on them while your friends also has their own ones.

3. You have got your parents, your old generation/ relatives around to live with so you can imagine how the above-mentioned feeling is correct or not. 

4. Even the coin has got the two sides and a paper has got two pages. in addition, not so many people to follow something we hasty say it is true and or correct. We need to be careful when saying what need to be kept remaining, going-on/ preserved/developed, thrown away and or admired in our live.

Just some lines to sharing with you.

  I admire you for your loving. So nice to know that by praying everyday, you find your energy to stay positive all the time. We may have different ways to remain our way. But loving, sharing, tolerating and appreciating are always need for our life.

  I believe the children are our future, teach them well and let them lead the way; Show them all the beauties they possess inside; Give them a sense of pride and make it easier; Let the children's laughter remind us how we used to be? 



  Bro, thanks for being our sweet bro, always :) We may be not as strong as you may for now. But through your strength, you keep us that way.
