[Vnbiz] Non executive director

Dear CACC,

 

The norm of "Non-executive director" is quite common in some Western
countries however it is new in Vietnam. Could any brothers or sisters help
translate this to Vietnamese? I am facing difficulty in finding its best
equivalence in Vietnamese.
