Our client is one of the world leading providers of software solutions and
services.  Due to its business expansion, the company is seeking a high
caliber candidate for the following position to work in Hanoi office:



Business Development Manager


(Job code: BDM)


Role:

*       Report to the Marketing Director;

*       Drive sales and marketing efforts by designing and/or handling
different initiatives and programs from Corporate and Regional HQ, e.g.
Government Assisted PC Program, Internet Café Drive etc.;

*       Proactively contribute to the annual strategic planning process,
establishing fiscal year goals along key metrics to include revenue and
market share for relevant initiatives;

*       Orchestrate the marketing activities and liaise with the Product
Managers as well as System Builder Partners for business execution around
the relevant initiatives;

*       Lead the virtual team to orchestrate successful product launches,
including but not limited to internal awareness, product revenue forecasting
and budgeting, PR lead, product messaging and positioning etc.;

*       Serve as internal and external spokesperson in PR, seminars and
solution briefings, high profile trade/industry events;

*       Support the sales force on special sales calls as and when required.


Requirements:


*       A highly qualified Vietnamese national with MBA or university
degree, preferable in IT or business management;

*       At least 8 years experience in sales and marketing, preferably in
the IT or related sector;

*       Possess a strong knowledge of the IT sector and IT market players;

*       Have close contact with Government agencies in Telco industry,
Chamber of Commerce, Financial Service Institutions, partners and local
Original Equipment Manufacturers;

*       Good coordination, presentation, negotiation and communication
skills;

*       Able to manage customer relationship and process development and
trends;

*       Able to initiate projects for Small Mid-Market Solutions & Partners
and Original Equipment Manufacturers departments;

*       Good command of written and spoken English.
