[Vnbiz] Corporate income tax rate in the US (1991-2004) - still in need of help

  Thank you so much, anh Hoanh, once more for your concerns and help.
  The information from Wikipedia is, unfortunately, for personal income tax only, which is out of my research. The other link is quite good with effective average corporate income tax rates for 1990, 1995, and 2001. The problems with this link are:
  - local corporate taxes are also included (the federal tax is preferrable);
  - no calculations for other years in the period.
  Certainly, as a second best solution, I can use this rough information for my measures, but I'm still looking for more precise data.

  Further information from you all, sisters and brothers, are highly appreciated. Many great thanks to you.

  How about these two links.  

  This one is from Wikipedia.  It has average US federal income tax rates back to 1979.  It doesn't show all the brackets and bracket rates though.  But I think average rate is much beter for you, so you don't have to compute the average yourself.

  Of course, you can alwasy to to the US Internal Revenue Service webiste at www.IRS.gov  can go to "business", then "forms and publication" and look for corporate income tax forms (and instructions) for each year, if you really need those details.  Otherwise, I think the wikipedia info should be good.
