How about these two links.
This one is from Wikipedia. It has average US federal income tax rates back
to 1979. It doesn't show all the brackets and bracket rates though. But I
think average rate is much beter for you, so you don't have to compute the
average yourself.

Of course, you can alwasy to to the US Internal Revenue Service webiste at
www.IRS.gov can go to "business", then "forms and publication" and look for
corporate income tax forms (and instructions) for each year, if you really
need those details. Otherwise, I think the wikipedia info should be good.
