Dear brother Linh & CACC,

Thanks, brother Linh, for the note on Thang Long University.  In 1991 I
received a package promoting the establishment of Thang Long University,
which was to be the first private university in post-75 Vietnam.  I was very
impressed with the content and was very happy that professor Si'nh (?) and
colleagues were pioneering a new education model.  It is good to hear that
Thang Long University has been trying to keep high standards all this time.

Thank you for sharing that assessment with us, brother Linh.  We need to
tell the world about these good news.  I wish Thang Long university much
success ahead.
