Dear CACC,
This is really a great idea. I think it not only helps undergraduate but also young people (like me ) who need to learn alot from you all.
Kind regards all,
Trang Vu

What a pity that I couldnt join the gathering on 26th due to personal reason that Ive reported to chi Thanh An. It must be a great time for our passionate members to join, talk, and come up with interesting ideas, I guess.
Regarding the issue that anh Truong has raised, its a great idea that we can support something for undergraduates who may have potentially positive influence to Vietnams development more than what we have been doing. Im working in HR field of a manufacturing group that will be filled up by around 7000 employee within 5 years. Be side that, by HR networking we can increase undergraduate consumption rate a little bit. However, I dont think that its the main point. We have limited opportunities to share to limited amount of graduates (of course if the matching comes from both sides). Thus, what we can and should do for them is to provide them the fishing-rod instead of fish. We can provide them fishing skills such as: How to prepare a good CV, what source to look for a job, how to market themselves effectively and approach appropriate employers, negotiation skills, what tools support for career development etc. And more importantly, we can share them what the employers
really expect from them so they can prepare and take advantage the best from their fields of study and their desirability to fit the current labour market. All those kinds of thing can be delivered in the form of a conference, workshop, or short training courses organized by the university and conducted free of charge by some our VNBIZ members. Im happy with such kind of supports from design the presentations, delivery them (of course, Sat or Sun only) and provide those undergraduates job opportunity information around. It would be great if anyone of CACC can prepare a proposal schedule and we will get it done together. Im ready to involve.
Have a nice day!
Besrt regards,
Lam.

Dear anh Hong Truong,
That is great, anh Truong, immediate actions after a meeting, I mean.
Please be more specific, at least about what the students expect to hear or to be answered. Also, "hoat dong gi do" means public speaking with Q&A?
Rgds./Toan.
