Please join to welcome chi Le Thu Hien back into VNBIZ.

Chi Thu Hien <hienle_ha at yahoo.com> joins VNBIZ 3 years ago when she
was a policy program officer at Vietnam Competitive Initiative, a
USAID funded project in Hanoi.  Recently chi Hien has moved to moved
to work for the Swedish Development Agency/Legal Cooperation.  During
the transition she lost contact with VNBIZ.  Now she is back.

Congratualtions!  And good luck on your new job, sister.  And please
say something.  Share with us your work.  We love to know.  And we
love to hear your voice, Hien.
