[Vnbiz] VietGate (was WikiHow)

Hello anh Tan,

I've been traveling for business also, just got back.

Oh my, oh dear. Sounds like Vietnam is still blocking VietGate and
Saigon.com. After more than 15 years... tsk, tsk, tsk... :-]

I think this is one of the problem that Vietnam will need to solve,
especially as WTO approaches (April next year, right?). VietGate and
Saigon.com somehow got on the block list, and the people who run
Vietnam's firewall later just left things as is... for years, without
checking to see whether it (their blocklist) should be updated or not.
Or maybe they are too afraid to take initiative.

That is one of the biggest problem in Vietnam, the entire culture is
afraid to take initiative... which comes back to taking risk. Sigh.
