Thanks brother Hoanh
FYI, in Vietnam, we have already had such an agency. It is the Competition
Management Bureau, under Ministry of Trade. A new and developing agency,
with 2 functions: Competition Management and Consumer Protection.
Have a great day

Dear Brother Quang Anh & CACC,
The point brother Quang Anh made about weak consumer protection is
very good. I am aware of that situation too. I think the Ministry of
Justice should have a Consumer Protection Department, and each city's
Department of Justice should have a Bureau of Consumer Protection.
And the brothers/sisters in the press should be more aware of consumer
fraud and consumer abuses and bring them out into light. Consumer
protection is a very important part of the market economy. Without
consumer protection, it will be a "market economy with a mafia
orientation."
Have a great day!
Hoanh
