Thanks Craig for this quote. May I suggest Mr. Thang used info from
eCommerce Report 2005 (available at www.mot.gov.vn ). Collecting info, esp.
in eCommerce is really hardest nut! Well, hopefully the ongoing
cooperationship between eCommerce Department (Ministry of Trade) and
relevant authority of GSO will bring more fruits.

In fact, the eCommerce Report 2006 will be released soon (in both languages,
English will be later). I'll keep you posted.
