Dear Nhon (is it anh or chi? - I'm not sure without diacritics),
   I'm sorry I cannot help with good answers to the questions you ask. I 
suspect that the information you are looking for has never been 
collected in Vietnam - so far.

    To me, this means an opportunity (not a problem/difficulty). I note 
that you freelance in PR, I freelance in language and language usage. I 
suspect you have a client interested in Vietnam, and who needs some 
"numbers". If that is the case, have you considered conducting a survey?

    Although I cannot help with the actual conduct of any survey, I can 
certainly design the survey form itself (Information Design is one of my 
  skills and passions). I would do this for free - because I too am very 
interested in what the results might be. Of course the survey form would 
need to be written in Vietnamese. I can to that too, but you would have 
to pay for the translation (I NEVER translate into Vietnamese because it 
is my second language and it is internationally unacceptable to do 
that). I will have one of my Vietnamese translators do that work.

    If you would like to talk about this some more, I am here in HCMC. 
If  you are interested, a face-to-face meeting would be good.

    Finally, for CACC, I don't want to "put words into the mouth" of an 
Hoanh, but I think this is what he believes can be the future of VNBiz - 
members helping each other whenever they can and however they can. For 
Nhon's situation, I can make a contribution, but I don't have a total 
solution. Can anybody else help out in some way???
