Welcome in, sister.  I hope you will feel comfortable talking in this
forum and not worry about being too young (which makes me feel old :-)
or too inexperienced.  Our admin Romi is probably the 2nd youngest
member of this forum (other than Thu Huong in Singapore, another
outstanding member).  Our other admin Hong Nhung is probably younger
than you too.  And I greatly admire these three ladies.  So you should
not be concerned about age or experience.  Besides, we call each other
by anh/chi. No ranking exists to scare you :-)

Have you ever taken or planned to take public speaking course?  If
yes, I will tell you some thing: "Talking" in this forum is the best
form to practice public speaking, because you talk intimately and
friendly to your brothers/sisters while indeed talking to the entire
world, without the feeling that anyone will harass you because you are
among brothers/sisters.  Trust me.  If you "speak" well in this forum,
you will speak well in all other places in life. Speaking to the world
on the Net sharpens your skill in a way that no other kind practice
can match. Trust me.

I hope you will take my advice seriously and will have the comfort to
share your thoughts and feelings in this forum. And some day you will
thank me for encouraging you to do that.
