Dear Craig & CACC,
You're absolutely right, Craig. No city can in the world can handle all the
cars of its occupants. That's why all major cities need very good public
transportation system, so that the citizens will live their car at home and
tax the bus or subway. And that's why I said major cities, especially
Saigon and Hanoi, need to build a superb transportation system NOW.
