Sorry, I did not check this email very often: it seems other members,

First, I'm wondering why the option "Anh-Viet" is not on your:

Hopefully, it did point to the originator:

with many features everyday: you can add your own comments, now.
I'm not able to find: usgs.org
If you are in southern California, you should not have a lot of
problems to find help: try to "physically" go to the well-known
"Vietnamese Library" (a nonprofit org: "Thu Vien Viet Nam"):
