Hello bro Vuong,

I am also pretty busy, finally got chance to check email and reply to
messages.

The web page still need to be translated.  So far it has been
translated into Spanish, Italian, French, Chinese, etc... but not
Vietnamese.

Since it is a fairly big web page, we've divided it out into smaller
pieces (chunk) that each person can take and translate.  Feel free to
use the method most comfortable to you, e.g. VIQR, UTF8, VNI, etc. 
Send me the translated portion and a note as to where in the web page.

I'll put it together and work with my friend to put up the Vietnamese
page.

I know there are a number of help offers, I am sorry for not answering
everyone personally at the moment.  I'll look through my email for
your messages and answer as soon as I can.  I am juggling too many
