[vn-trans] u.s. and world history in translation (fwd)

Could someone help Ms Toni Schlenoff <TSchlenoff at sbschools.net>?

I remember learning a little bit about US and World history in middle 
school in Vietnam, but don't think it was in any great depth.  I certainly 
do not have those text books with me now.

Please CC Toni in your reply as she is not in vnbiz or vn-trans.
