Dear anh Ho,
 
I use Vpskeys 4.0 Vietnmamese software and selectUnicode to do my translation because I am a professional translator and interpreter in the US.  I am a very lo-tech person.  I have been using computer for 13 years, but I don't know much about technical epquipments. I only know how to use them.
