Welcome back Bill,
Hopefully the vn-trans list didn't get any virus but it's a kinda
dormant.
The old way to get the WHO is sending an email to:
majordomo at saigon.com
and in the body, just write:
WHO vn-trans
I just tried but didn't get any results yet: it seems Mr Tin Le is
changing to a new system where you can post messages to vn-trans from
the web. Best way is still searching "vn-trans" with:
http://www.google.com
