Hello T. Kanno,
my best guess is this:
Last name: NGUYEN
Middle Name: THI
First name: SENH

The reason why I say this is a guess is because in Vietnam, the last
name goes first, followed by middle name and then first name (reading
from left to right).
However, vietnamese living abroad (like the USA) sometimes reverse their
name order (like me) to match the custom of their country of residence.
I am pretty sure about my guess because NGUYEN is a typical, very
common, last name. However, I have found people whose first name is
NGUYEN, so you have to be careful.

Additional comments: THI as a middle name means the person is very
likely female.
