[vn-trans] Khuc hat and khuc ca

I have a book from Vietnam to catalog:

Then t`ay nh~u+ng kh'uc h'at, edited by Trieu An

There is another book already catalogued by another library, same editor, 
titled:

Then t`ay nh~u+ng kh'uc ca.

The subject categories in the above book are :

Tay Nung (Southeast Asian people) Vietnam
Tay Nung (Southeast Asian people) Vietnam Folklore
Tay Nung (Southeast Asian people) Vietnam Songs and music

My question: what is the difference between kh'uc ca and kh'uc h'at? From 
my Vietnamese-English dictionary it appears that ca and h'at both mean 
songs or singing.
