Thanks S.N. for the link to Java script website to do Unicode-to-VIQR
conversion.

It comes in very handy for my Palm until Vietnamse Unicode Fonts will be
functional in Palm Font system in future.

and not to be confused.  Tr=E1c was once, as he said, wrote a conversion fr=
om
VIQR to Unicode, but not the first one or volunteer to be the first one to
write that conversion.  I just want to get it straight and the credit shoul=

given the one who deserved.
