[vn-tech] Can't printing Vietnamese web pages

Hi Dang,

I believed their webpages are in UTF-8 (Unicode) and your printer is
probably old and does have Unicode fonts "firmware".
I don't remember exactly what option in the printer to tell to download
the fonts to the printer, instead of using the fonts on the printer: it
might be slower.
