Hello friends:

I am considering buying a High Definition TeleVision PCI card for desktop
Windows computer and wondering any one has any recommendation?

I prefer one capable of recording, editing as well as writing to DVD
writer.

Hauppage WinTV PCI card series is quite popular in stores but surprisingly
not well commented for HDTV found at:
