[vn-tech] help with IP Locators

Hi All:
To locate IP addresses, I have used 2 IP locators applications, but I was puzzled at times by the discrepancy in results for a given IP number.
Could you with your experience, advise me about getting an appropriate IP locator either online ot at the stores.
