  How can I establish a relationship if I 'fail' to communicate? Of course, some form of communication is n onverbal and communication can be part of s ilence as well. B ut a relationship calls for close attention and work..If I want to establish and deepen nur turing relationships with o thers, I must communicate.
Commucation is n ot limited to saying words or to expressing opinions. Communication is a two-way street. I mus t be able to 'express myself 'freely' and authentically and I mus t let the o ther person do likewise. If I 'refuse' to send or receive communication, I' can have n o real relationships. I mus t be open to receiving and sharing communication to establish links and ties. Today, I want' nur turing relationships' in my life and so I choo se to t communicate effectively.
