  Life includes h'ard time and times that are 'rather' sad. When you l'ose a friend or a close relative or when a relationship 'break down. When you realize that you w'on't' reach one of the goals you've set for yourself. when you experience difficulties in your job or in your company. Life brings us a number of challenges and decisions that are h'ard to make. When you live t'hrough a deep 'disappointment, you may d'ecide to g'ive up hoping, to s'top trying. But I believe that 'resignation' is the 'worst 'possible 'enemy 'anyone can have.
Today, I c'hoose to say yes to life. I recognize' that there are t'rials and t'ests I must o'vercome b'ut I w'ill take them on with energy and optimism. I will' n'ot let life's circumstances d'efeat me.
