Hello Binh,

The server is a linux system, I am fairly sure it is not infected with a
virus :-)

An unsubscription can happen when there is too many bounces, e.g. if mail
to that user bounced too many times, the mailserver will automatically
unsubscribe them.  The rule is: 5 bounces in 7 days will disable the
account (no mail to it till after 7 days from last bounce) and a warning
is sent to list owner and user.  The account is re-enabled after 7 days. 
After 3 warnings, the account is removed permanently.
