  We have the choice of living a life of greatness or a life of 'smallness. We have all the elements at ha nd to make enlightened choices. We can choose to be good, honest and sincere or we can choose to be 'selfish, indifferent, and 'superficial. We can choose between the superficial world of appearances or the world of truth and light. We are n ot here to accumulate material we alth or to honor our physical bodies. We are he re to love, to learn and to grow.

We can undertake the manifestation' of goodness and love within a couple because we live within it. By showing tenderness and kindness to the person who shares our intimacy, we set o ut a signal to the universe: I kno w how to love; I kno w how to live with compassion and 'affinity.

   
  Today, I 'choose to live life on.. a higher level and I 'show that' I am 'capable of lovin g and.. living with compassion.
