Thanks for the reminder.  Let me correct a few items :-)

Actually, what I said was "You guys are the one who will be doing the
work, so pick whatever you want, do whatever you feel is needed, go and
have fun!"

All I did was gave my free 2cents, e.g. I thought that the PhpWebsite
that was picked is a bad security risk, but since it was not me who will
do the work, it's really up to Ly to take care of it.  I gave my opinion
as to why I thought it was not a good choice, and if Ly wanted to use it,
here are a few things that should be done to at least provide some
protection against hack attacks.

Appreciate the offer...  But no thanks!  I don't want that
responsibility.  For me, to properly do the job would require several
days of audit, studying the site and get a proper understanding of it.  
None of which I have time to do.  What I am offering is several hours of
pro-bono consultation on servers and network that I can contribute to
help VACETS.  Someone else will have to take the lead on the site
overhaul itself.
