[Vacets] VACETS web & infra for short-term effective operation

Hello anh Chris,

Let me add a few more cents here and there.  Heck inflation being what it
is.

I don't see _VACETS_ anywhere in this.  I wonder why it is not
VACETS-mentor at vacets.org.

Yah, if you want cheap, you can find that pretty much anywhere now on the
internet.  But you know, you get what you pay for.

Heck, anyone can go and setup free mailing lists, Yahoo, Google, MSN,
whatever.  Lots of placese.  The question is:

* Does that help strengthen VACETS as an organization?
* or does that dilute members' efforts and pretty much kill VACETS.

As for item 2.... hmmm, "heart" and "souls"... yes, those are important
words are they not.  But what are they being applied to?  VACETS or some
other non-VACETS group and name?

Maybe that's why there is a lack of membership involvement.  I no longer
hear much about VACETS, neither its activities, nor its name.  Maybe most
people thought VACETS had died and it has been taken over by some other
organization.

Just my inflation adjusted 2 cents.
