[Vacets] Happy New Year

Hi A. Tin,

I am also in the dark. I am surprised to receive the VTIC'07 announcement 
recently as I did not
hear anything from neither "adcom" nor "head" for a long time. May be they 
are no longer existed. I wish that I could be informed of the changes.
