Happy New Year to everyone!

I think VACETS mailing lists may have died since it moved to new web 
server.  I have never heard anything from VACETS Adcom for over a year 
now.

This message is to wish everyone a prosperous and Happy Lunar New Year!
Also to do a health check on VACETS.
