[Vacets] Questions for Candidates

Yes, sorry.  The server where the list is hosted run an antivirus
scanner and it is set to strip out all attachments... on the principle
that what is not explicitly allowed is denied.... and I usually don't
allow any attachments.

I have been extremely busy lately, so did not get chance to read and
respond to VACETS ADCOM request till now.  My sincere apologies!

The server has been set to allow all attachments bound for
vacets at vacets.org through.
