[Vacets] VACETS or NO VACETS

Hello anh Tri and BOD,

I spent an hour writing and re-writing and doing exactly what I try
not to do so I can reserve energy for acting to improve VACETS. I
skipped a couple of procedural steps and didn't use the words as
carefully as I should.

My point is whether we have a sustainable future and that we will
have more dedicated new members to come forward and share the vision
and most importantly the work. What I see is much hard work (I can
list 5 house-cleaning items, each would take quite a bit of energy.
(For example, VACETS non-profit status has long expired, webpage, as
you know, would take lots of work, membership list is MIA, email
lists are not known). I still don't have a clear mission/vision of
what VACETS should be doing and what we can do with the very limited
resource that we have.

VACETS has a long and once proud history! I am tentative to rebuild
with new faces with limited resource and likely non-traditional ways
and risk gaining nothing in return. Yet I don't want to pretend that
everything is fine and do nothing.

Please feel free to call me or each other and let's talk about
VACETS. You are all leaders in your respective communities and can
feel the pulse of the communities, let me know what you think.
