Dear Anh Tri and BoD,

While I fully understand the difficulty and frustration that you are facing
due the lack of response of VACETS member participation for the upcoming
election, I am perplexed why the non-VACETS members should decide the
future of VACETS (whether or not to close down VACETS). I though as VACETS
president you should consult firstly with the current Board about critical
issues as such, make a motion and pass a resolution as necessary. I belive
that we still have a active Board. If any friends of yours and of VACETS
want to decide and create a new mission for VACETS, then they should be
firstly sign up a member of VACETS.

Regards,

T Caohuu
  A past-president of VACETS
