[Vacets] Voting for Board of Directors

Dear Members,

Due to a lack of participation for candidacy, the Board has decided to 
extend the nomination period to July 31. Please find below the New Schedule 
and the Call for Candidacy.
Let's participate and move VACETS forward. So far we have three names on 
the candidacy list.
Please file the Candidate Form and forward to me and/or Anh James Lap.
