Hello VACETS members,
 
The Boat People SOS organization is joint-holding a fundraising dinner on Sunday, November 7, 2004 at Saigon House restaurant, at 6 p.m. The funds raised will support youth activities of BPSOS, Vietnamese American Television and Vietnamese Culture & Science Association.
 
As you may well remember, several VACETS members worked with  BPSOS in the sponsoring of several Vietnamese seamtresses from Samoa to the Washington DC a few years back.
 
I would like to suggest that VACETS get a table at this dinner to support a good cause as well as a chance to get together among the VACETS local folks in the Washington DC area.
 
Please let me know if you would like to attend and I'll get the tickets.
