It is with much regret that I am writing to let you know that I will need to
resign from the VACETS Advisory Board. I was recently approved by the Navy
to pursue a graduate degree in Public Administration starting this Spring.
It is a highly accelerated program to be done with both on an off-duty time.
Given my current heavy travel and workload to start with, I realize that I
will have to cut down on other social and personal activities. I don't want
to do you all a disservice by just staying on the Board in name only, which
is what I am afraid I will end up doing.
Once again, my apologies for disappointing you. I will remain a VACETS
member and will continue to make suggestions/comments on various VACETS
issues when appropriate.
