[vacets-gen] Minutes on VACETS/NO VACETS meeting

Greetings,

Update on the new website.

Currently we have 4 active Staff members (anh Cha'nh Cao, anh Tha`nh
Pha.m, anh Tri' Tra^`n and myself) tending the website (
http://vacets.lv5.org ), converting the old website content to the new
place. However, this activity can run parallel in the background with
using the website; thus I encourage members to take advantage of this
new website as a mean for us to communicate and disseminate the
information. All admin tasks on the new site are completely using web
interface, so we're all can maintain the site remotely. Anh Tha`nh will
coordinate with anh Ti'n to point the domain's DNS to IP address of the
new site, or use the ns1.dnsexit.com & ns2.dnsexit.com DNS servers to
complete the transfer.
