Thomas, as you may know, our role as salespeople is to gather information,
not to give it. Or to give it at a better time when we understand the
prospects reason and importance for asking the question. That way we can
use the information at a later time as a selling solution. We have spent
years of acquiring product knowledge, experience and information that can
benefit us or be used against us if given at the wrong time. It is
difficult selling anything to a prospect without finding out their true
motivation. Asking questions will help you gain insight and understanding
into the prospects true buying motives.
By attending Living the Questions is the Answer, you will learn to:

. Guide the prospect into an emotional state of buying
. Discover different ways to unearth the prospects budget
. Reveal the true decision-making process AND the people involved

presentation, you need to find out the prospects budget, buying process,
timeline and decision-makers. You have to decide how much time, money and
effort you want to invest in a prospect before presenting because the answer
lies in asking the right questions.
