[vacets-gen] [ADMIN] large messages

Season Greetings!

I've just approved a couple of very large messages that was posted to 
vacets-gen.  The mail list currently limit message size to 64K... for good 
reasons.  I've noticed that lately there were messages that are serveral 
hundred Kbytes to megabytes.

I would suggest that if you have large files to share, please consider 
putting it on a web site and referring to the URL in your message.
