Dear cac anh chi,
The voting result is very encouraging for VACETS and for all who cares. It shows the support from the voters, the candidates & all involved for the future.
When anh Tri asked me to lend a hand by running for BoD, I did not know that the election also select the VACETS President-Elect. Therefore I am a bit overwhelmed at this point with that responsibility.
I would need a few days before accepting the honor. I will need to talk to VACETS veterans and current VACETS staffs to assess how much impact my commitment on this position will be on VACETS, the community (taking into account my other existing commitments), my family and personal goals.
Having said that, I would call for cac anh Dat, anh Hung, anh Tuan & anh Ban to step up and take on the lead role because you are obviously know the organizations and ready to deliver immediately. I will be very happy to serve as a member of the BoD and contribute as much as I can.
Together, we'll make VACETS a prestigious organizations by accomplishing small steps leading to the peak. Meanwhile, please give me a few days. Also cac anh Dat, Hung, Tuan & Ban please take my suggestion seriously because regardless of the vote counts, you are truly the leaders.

Dear VACETS,
First of all, I would like to thank all members of the 2005 Election Committee - anh Tho^'ng Tra^`n, and James La^.p and anh Tha`nh Pha.m for your help during this election period. You all did a wonderful job!
Since there has not been any reported discrepancy or protest since my last message, I'm happy to announce the following election outcome:
- Anh Christopher Hoa`ng Pha.m has the most votes and therefore is the new VACETS President-Elect.
- Ca'c anh Ban Tra^`n, Hu`ng Nguye^~n, Dda.t Nguyen^~n, , Tua^'n Nguye^~n will serve as members of 2005 VACETS Board of Directors.
- Together with anh Tri' Tra^`n as VACETS President and anh Ha?i Tra^`n as VACETS Past-President, the new BoD will serve starting immediately.
Congratulations to all candidates, and welcome new members of the VACETS BoD.
As for me, it's been a privilege serving VACETS. I wish VACETS the best in the years to come.
