[vacets-adcom] Server is back up

The server was brought back online around 2am last night.  The problem was 
a bad 160GB drive.  I've replaced it with a new, larger 200GB drive.  It 
took me about half day because I had to test the system to find out the 
root cause, replaced the hw, format the new drive and then restored from 
backups.

Anyway, it is now up.  Sorry for the disruption.
