Yes, I am a VACETS member.  I handle all the network and server for 
VACETS.  There is a mailing list for VACETS board of director, it's 
vacets-adcom at vacets.org.

I am cc'ing your inquiry to that list.  I think that is great if you could 
be of assistance for VTIC '05.  I am not sure who is the person handling 
this, perhaps anh Hai or anh Hung could help.
