[vacets-adcom] VACETS web site

could you please provide an up-date to where we are with this effort of revamping the VACETS Web site. Thanks.

2. ability to sign up and manage one's account online (ala ACM, IEEE, 
etc.)
3. .....

Your suggestions does not have to be new functions, but could be 
fixes/improvement to existing function.
